The Twelfth Custom Vertical Letter Pendant is built around your word — your name, your number, your combination — stacked vertically in a single column and fully iced in VVS moissanite. Choose your character count, stone setting style, and finish. We build it from the ground up in 925 sterling silver.

CHOOSE YOUR STYLE
Style 1 — Raised Stone
Individually raised VVS moissanite stones set throughout each character's face, with the metal frame visible between them. The elevated setting creates a bold three-dimensional look with serious depth from every angle. Available in Gold, Rose Gold, and White Gold.
Style 2 — Flush Pavé
Stones are set flat and flush across the entire character face — wall to wall, edge to edge, with no metal visible between them. The result is a smooth, continuous sheet of ice with maximum surface coverage. Available in Gold, Rose Gold, and White Gold.
Style 3 — Raised Cluster
Raised stones set in a tight cluster pattern across each character's face. More coverage than Style 1, more texture and depth than Style 2. The stones sit elevated above the metal surface in a dense, layered arrangement that catches light from every direction. Available in Gold, Rose Gold, and White Gold.

Returns Policy
Returns are available for incorrect fit ONLY. If your drip doesn't fit and you would like to return or exchange it. Please email INFO@TWELFTHXII.COM for assistance. Please note for all returns there is a restocking fee of $10.00 USD. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at INFO@TWELFTHXII.COM. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at INFO@TWELFTHXII.COM. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
